New Diagnoses 2023 - Need support BPD/ADHD/AUTISM

I was recently diagnosed with BPD this year after taking an exstensive psychological evaluation. Going along with BPD, I was also diagnosed with ADHD and Autism. I am a 29 year old mother of two boys under 4. I have spent almost all of my twenties trying to figure out what is going on with my brain in a healthy way. I do not have a big support group and the family I do have, just don't understand any of this. I often get told that it's all in my head when I have pages and pages of proof from professionals as well as the validation of my own experiences. So I often feel alone and have to handle it alone. I am getting burnt out and I need a place I can go to for support. I came to this site to find a community or at least suggestions for support groups for people like myself.
