Hi there! I wanted to give you a brief tour on how to navigate our site.
A. You must be logged in to fully participate and have access to features like the ability to post.When you are logged in, your screen name and personal avatar will be shown in the top left corner of every page. If you don't have a personal avatar, you might want to pick one out. There are 600 to choose from. (

B. The basic navigation is laid out with a site tool bar (above your avatar) and a discussion-board toolbar (below your avatar) 1.
Diagnosis + Treatment, Tips, and
Tools are the articles, lessons, and reference material. This is the best of what we have learned over the years.

Help - please remember where this button is - you will likely be back.

Groups, Post Questions, and
Register to Post Here, are all links that will direct you to selecting and returning to a discussion group.

Show new replies to your posts will direct you to your threads and posts. You can see a list of all of your posts in
My Settings along with other personal stats.
C. Starting a New TopicThis is easy once you know where to go.
3. | Go to the Groups, click on a group to that you want to start a discussion in (see #3 in graphic above); -- or -- Go to the Register to Post Here and click on a group to that you want to start a discussion in. |

New Topic is located at the upper right corner of each community board there is the following toolbar:

Show new replies to your posts will direct you to your threads and the responses you have received.
D. How to Post in an Ongoing Discussion TopicThis is also easy once you have done it.

Reply. After the last post on every topic, there's is a "Reply" tab.

Modify. There is a 10 minute period available for members to correct typos or formatting errors or ad additional thoughts.

Excerpt Tool.

The site provides members the ability to quote important passages from other members threads. Please use this function only when it is critical for the thread host and other readers to see the text repeated. Duplicating content without a specific purpose can be annoying to other members. If you want to direct your comments to a specific person , please use "

E. Checking for replies to your posts or replies to topics that have been posted inTo the right of your screen name and personal avatar at the top of the page you will see two links. The first link shows you unread posts since your last visit...
The 2nd link ("show new replies to your posts") will take you to your previous threads that have new replies since the last time you looked at them.
