Feedback about "BPDFamily Articles" column on forum

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I have a suggestion/feedback to make.
Occasionally on the right column of the forum web pages, there is a column of recommended bpdfamily articles that is displayed (i.e. "bpdfamily Articles"). I like this promotion of the great information here, but would it be possible to turn down the rate at which new articles are populated in that column? It's a bit distracting while I'm reading and definitely distracting (if not maddening) when I'm trying to write a post. I find the constant movement of text too disruptive.
I realize that if I just refresh the page, the column will sometimes change to a static (not changing) article. And I find myself doing this every time that "bpdfamily Articles" column shows up.
Might I suggest, that instead of displaying a new article every 2-3 seconds, why not display 10 new articles every 30-60 seconds? This way you still can populate the column with great new articles, but as a reader/writer, you don't get distracted by frequently moving text.
Thank you.

Hello
Schwing
Many thanks for your suggestion.
The rate has been slowed down within the limitations available.
We hope this helps improve your experience here with family.

I noticed the changed. I'm pleased with it. The pace is good.
If there's a concern that more articles should be promoted, I would consider adding multiple articles per refresh.
In any case, thank you!

We are at the end of an era. A bit dramatic, perhaps.
The right margin educational series is being discontinued on the relationship boards to improve post readability on smart phones.
More will be done in the banners, now.
