Before you can make things better, you have to stop making them worse... Have you considered that being critical, judgmental, or invalidating toward the other parent, no matter what she or he just did will only make matters worse? Someone has to be do something. This means finding the motivation to stop making things worse, learning how to interrupt your own negative responses, body language, facial expressions, voice tone, and learning how to inhibit your urges to do things that you later realize are contributing to the tensions.

Common family conflicts
1. Personal habits and habits of each party
2. Lack of awareness of one's roles and duties
3. Lack of time for each other
4. Violence decides family problems.
5. Infidelity of husband or wife
The reason for our couple's divorce is number three. The fact that neither of us has time for each other has weakened our relationship. so that both parties do not feel love anymore If you have any further suggestions, feel free to comment.

Welcome

Thanks for making your first post.

Has a divorce actually been filed or has it just been discussed?

I'm curious to know more about the "don't have time for each other" comment.  Can you give an example.

Please trust that "we get  it" and can help you sort through all the chaos of a divorce or potential divorce.

Best,
