Specialized therapist for me? It’s my daughter in law...

I need to vent/talk to someone in real life about this. But don’t know how to go about finding a therapist. I’m thinking it HAS to be someone specialized in knowledge of BPD. Otherwise i think it would be very frustrating and invalidating to try and explain this bizzaro world I find myself in.
Thoughts? & where? How ? To find someone & not break my bank account.

I am not familiar with the health care system in Canada. Others here are though. I am sure they will be along soon to give you pointers about how to negotiate finding a good therapist. What kind of podcasts are you looking for? I mostly read books and articles and you tube videos that I find on this site.

Hi Zoopa,
I am in Canada also, and it is very hard to find the right specialized therapists. When you do they are very costly. This is one reason why I am here! Look up
www.sashbear.org
They offer family connections groups in many provinces. All the best to you and your family as you work on this challenge in life.
