Why am I so fearful of walking away.   I see traits in both of us.  I am at least willing to acknowledge my contributions.  She continues to blame me for everything.  She gets on me when I "raise my voice" but she can scream at the top of her lungs and that is OK.  How do I know what is me?  What is her?  and what is us?   I am so lost.  Just trying to make things better but feel like I am all alone in the effort

Hi molarman

I'm so sorry for how hard this is. Seems next to impossible at times I bet. There are some helpful tips in this article A 3 Minute Lesson on Ending Conflict. What types of things are you trying to do already to decrease the intensity?
