I have an adult child with BPD.  She is married and has a son, and it is very hard for me to deal with the problems she has caused in her husband's family, and with her son. I'm very worried about my grandson and all that he has seen in heard from his mother. I don't know how to help him, or my son-in-law. My daughter has not been diagnosed with BPD but has all the symptoms..  she of course believes that it's everyone else.  Her husband does not know that she has BPD and tries to fix it as much as he can. My concern is for my grandson as I worry this has negatively impacted him already.

Hi Carlenie,
It is heartbreaking to watch the grands suffer.  Here is some reading from another post on this forum..
