I would really take those tests with a grain of salt. One disorder could easily mimic another. Really only a trained professional can make that distinction.
I can tell you from my own experience that my psych said I may have a mild touch of it... . whatever that means. He said its a tendency to be distrusting, suspicious, and a bit paranoid without hallucinations or delusions. Some people it rarely affect their life and others it can be a problem.
There are some great websites out there that can give you some great info on that. I have gone on a google spree about it before and found loads.
