Hi

I would like to say i dont know why i am here but i do, my life has been tossed up side down once again and i do not know how to deal with or approach it.

Me and my now exe are split up we have a baby boy 16 months old together i changed my number and left after she hit me and tried to eat a bottle of pain medication in front of me and my son. I couldnt take my son so he is with her mother snd my exe under her mothers supervision.

I cant take my son as her name is on the lease and mine wasnt so she told me i had to leave or she would call the police and say i beat her witch was so fsr from the truth, so i waited for her mother to arrive and help calm her down, as i was leaving she telles me she loves me right after she told me she hated me.

My son is safe with is grandmother and i see him regular but is the no contact with her a good idea or bad what do you recommend as i am attached to her forever

Thank you.

Hello and  Welcome hoody,

It sounds like you have two separate issues to look at here.

First, your legal rights and obligations. You may be required to support the baby and her. You probably have some legal right to contact with your son. Are you married? Divorced?

Second, what do you WANT both with her and with your son?

Do you want full or partial custody?

Do you want to reconcile with her?

And what is your relationship with her mother like?

Whatever your answers are... .we can help you here with support and with tools to make things go more smoothly.

Hang in there!
