My BPD hell

First the love bombing with my BPD ex gf. Three weeks. Then after that is was the the stages where I'd she couldn't get her own way. The rages was unreal. When we went on holiday together she got jealous of the belly dancers coming over to get the men up on stage with them. The fits in her eyes. She looked like she wanted to kill me. And said do t get up. If you get up I will go nuts. And that was emotional abuse. I did t realize at the time. Because I was so wrapped in the relationship can anybody on her have a chat with me. I'm in such a dark place still. Would love to have a little chat with someone in the same boat.

Hi Peterlengthornbe and welcome to bpdfamily
Being in a relationship with a BPD partner can really take its toll on you and I am sorry this has affected you so. How are things now? What are you currently struggling with the most?
When you posted this you referred to her as your ex, have you had any contact with her since? I read in your other post that she called you 2 months after the relationship ended.
Take care
