Hi,

I just found out that my wife has many of the significant traits of BPD. I have been living in hell one moment and heaven the next. Her emotions change at the whim and I am constantly in a whirlwind of her anger, blame, hypervigilance, etc.

I just need help for myself. I feel like I am at dead end.

Hi TheGuz! Welcome to the family! Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

You've come to the right place for help and understanding. We get it here. We've been where you are. Some of us are still there and trying to figure it out ourselves. But that's what we do here. We help each other through the sometimes dark and confusing forest of BPD.

I hope you'll read some of the other threads and workshops and articles. So much information here! And I can't tell you what a help it's been to me the last year or so. It's a Godsend, really.

When you feel like it, I hope you'll share more. For starters, how long have you and your wife been married? Can you share a recent incident (a play-by-play, he said/she said)? Details really help us know how to help you even more.

Welcome and keep posting! You're among friends here! Virtual hug (click to insert in post)
