Tomorrow is her birthday

It's weighing on my mind. I miss her. I hope I get through the day ok. Somehow I can sense her thinking of me. Her Facebook has a lot more public posts and tonight she changed her pic to a pic I told her was my favorite. I hate this. Maybe it's all in my head. But I really do miss her.

I hear you, JT.  I have definitely walked in similar shoes, and know that pain and uncertainty, as well as wanting to get through the day without feeling worse.

That said, you are doing hard work here.  What's your plan for working through the difficult feelings and ensuring self-care?  Sometimes, it's helpful to think how you will take care of you tomorrow.
