Broke up with the love of my life exGF whom has all the trade marks of BPD 7 weeks ago and completely ignores me... .text, email, flowers you name it.

This was the end of my second cycle.

Dropped into work to see her and she retracted on some things she had said like: One day we will get back together etc but disturbingly said "I don't like you" what does this mean?

Last time we got back together she said I was the most loving  man she has ever know, more loving than all her parents and last partner of 9 years

Any help?

It means she's stringing you along and keeping you as an option but isn't willing to commit to you now or doesn't have the same feelings for you that you have/had for her.

It's taken me a long time to accept this fact: "hope" feels good momentarily, but when it's not backed by action or commitment then that kind of false hope is actually your enemy.  Your brain will keep trying to make sense of it and make sense of it until it rebels and cries out Bulls***!

I went through numerous recycles with my ex gf and it's just the most unhealthy thing.  So many people can relate to what you're going through with the promises for a wonderful future, which doesn't happen to include the here and now.  And yes sometimes to the pwBPD you might be a wonderful person, until they decide you're not.  There is no rhyme or reason to it.  The best thing you can do for yourself is not get into the habit of continuing to take her back.

Only two recycles isn't bad.  Would encourage you to try and be strong and not allow for any more.

It means... ." I don't like myself."
