Im on the verge of what feels like a mental breakdown. My triggers are so bad and easily set off anymore that it debilitates me most days. Sending me into mini panic attacks that i assume are PTSD episodes. I dont get it i wasnt this easily triggered the first time we split. What changed?

What worked for me was to get a lot of exercise, use natural calming supplements like calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, hydrate a lot, keep life as simple as you can for a while, get enough sleep, avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol, meditate, spend time with people who are easy to be with, get massages, focus on relaxing.

If you treat the body the mind will follow.
