Struggling to parent with BPD ex

Hi folks

So pleased to have found this site and forum. So many of the tales I've read resonate with my own situation. I'm a year into separation, more or less, and am currently really toiling as I try to go about establishing a working parenting relationship for our two kids, 7 and 2, as their mum exhibits many traits of BPD, is high conflict and very manipulative. After a year of trying to establish a firm footing as a co-parent, I feel that things are getting worse not better, and realise that there are a lot of issues that I need to address. I will be tapping into this forum for advice and support. Much needed.
