Just now listening to Katie Perry's "Hot and Cold". Perfect! What do ya all think, huh?

Hi there, so I read the song was inspired by an ex boyfriend. Does this remind you guys of your ex? Is so how?

My ex was very much hot and cold. We could have an amazing few days of what seemed like heaven, then the flip. Gaslighting and stonewalling. Just when I would be getting fed up and feeling like we weren't fixing anything, flip, more wonderful days.

LOL One of my biggest passions in life is music, and I feel there's a song for every occasion.
Yep "Hot and Cold" by Katy Perry definitely fits and I have loved the song for a while, because I identify with it.
I also love "Rise" as an inspirational song. I believe I am headed for a breakup after 16 years of marriage, so I think I will probably have to listen to it a few times!

... .the old' "intermittent positive reward" ... .it works as long as the 'Non' stays asleep, but once the 'Non' wakes up to what is going on, ie' recognizes the repeating pattern... .it doesn't work anymore.
