Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hi st Bernard

Welcome  Welcome new member (click to insert in post)  Welcome new member (click to insert in post) we're glad you found us and joined for support. You've found the right place to learn how to understand and find ways to cope with your 20yr old daughter.

You say some days are good and some not so well, that sounds familiar, what do those days look like? Has your DD (dear daughter) been diagnosed, is she living with you, working...?

Welcome again.
