i can use help with setting boundaries with my 29 year old daughter. i feel i enable her behavior.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Can you let us know a little more about your situation and in what ways you think you enable your daughter's behaviour? I think everyone who comes to this site has found it difficult to find the way to set boundaries and at the same time try to keep a positive relationship with their BPD child. Have you read any of the books or information on this site? You might find helpful information there too.

I am sure having journeyed with your daughter for 29 years, you have done your best at every step along the way.
