Hi there my names Luke and my girlfriend has finally opened up to me about her BDP diagnosis. I would be lying if I said it is not a condition I don't know too much about but with the little research I have done it has definitely put a lot into perspective around some of the situations our relationship have been through the past couple months. I love her beyond words and I’m her partner and am committed to her more than I ever imagined I or a person could be. I want to understand not only BDP as a condition itself but how to better navigate it through my relationship and the best ways I can be a better partner for my girlfriend.

Here’s a good article giving an overview of BPD. https://www.bpdfamily.com/content/what-borderline-personality-disorder
