What goes on in DBT after 18mths? 1:1

Hello all,
Today (Friday) is when my BPDexgf will, like clockwork, visit her psychiatrist in London as per the last 1.5years... . she's 18 months into a 2 year programme, I'm presuming of DBT, 1:1, and I'm wondering what might come up/goes on at that stage of therapy?
TBH I'm not that fussed about her as my life is slowly moving on and NC for 5mths has helped tremendously, but I'm a little intrigued simply because I've bumped into her before and may well do again one day -my T says she'll never change, but I'm interested all the same to your ideas/experiences.
PS: I don't want a recycle, rather i'm really trying to learn and gain more answers -which has certainly helped in MY healing (following zero closure and nasty words). But I'm interested on whether she may have got in some shape/form better or how she might now 'view the world' perhaps slightly differently.
Ps: I'm guessing DBT based upon what I know, it could be CBT. More likely DBT.

Hi Diamond
I can understand that you are looking for answers. Its nearly impossible to say something about someone else's T work. I think its great that she followed the program for 18 month. Not everyone is able to do so.
And I think doing so must have a certain effect.
If she is like a clockwork you can choose to a certain point to avoid her or to bump into her.
Perhaps you can ask her one day: How are you doing?
