Even after all ive learned here about   BPD i still have all of the things that happened that didnt make sense coming back to me

I go over and over them as if i was still with him

I guess the new info here gives me another perspective to look at those strange incidents but i gotta realize that ill never really figure him out and my mission to do so became my life really

Ugh

Nothing ever made sense !

So anyway when these thoughts come up i practise a little letting go exercise with it or just tell myself that it doesnt matter now

I was doing that eft tapping stuff when it first happened and it helped me big time

Mayb ill try it again

Like going to the grocery store to shave with his electric razor

The stuff like that was bizzare and the list of that kind of thing is long
