I dont know why but im kinda struggling today. My head is just spinning and im having all these crazy thoughts about my exBPDgf. I guess im back to the "why" questions again. I keep wondering what she's up to and if she thinks of me. Fall is her favorite season and she probably enjoying it with all new friends and boyfriend who have replaced me... .what a shame  im all alone without a girlfriend or friends... .this sucks. Sorry just needed to talk

I'm feeling the exact same way as I sit in my apartment alone right now. I have some friends but when I feel like this I notice I kinda seclude myself so I don't bring my problems around others and spoil theyre mood. Plus I don't want to sound like a broken record. I don't really have any advice for you because I feel lost myself cycling between anger and sorrow. I don't know if it's any conselation but you aren't alone in the feeling and I do think for us it won't be like this forever. Eventually we will get through these dark times. I also do think it can always be worse so theres got to be a bright side for you because there is a bright side for me when I really think about it hard. Alot of worse things could happen to us but we are still standing and those things that are worse didn't happen. Peace
