So its been 5 months with LC and now NC. I do love my pwBPD but he is not improving desire therapy from what I can see. I don't want to reach out to him as I really feel he has to be the one to get well and come home. My therapist is VERY against my contacting him.

I am wondering how long other people have experienced NC and then had their person reach out. And has anyone experienced their pwBPD really get help in therapy and then reach out?

Perhaps I am holding onto false hope here. I don't know. I am feeling better but i sure miss my guy. I sure worry about him and wish I knew how he is doing. I shall remain patient and continue to work on myself. If nothing else I will be a wiser person after all this.

Does LC = Little Contact? and NC= No Contact?

I can't speak to most of this post. But, the last sentence is good. keep working on yourself, that make things better whatever else happens.
