She broke NC really trying to hold back anger.

So my exBPDgf out of the blue just messaged me saying "hey". At first I was freaking out but now I am fighting the urge to unleash months of built up anger to her over what she did to me, especially how she broke up with me and has been very selfish sense. I haven't touhed my phone since she texted me and am trying not too.
I am so angry at her selfishness, self centeredness, and her trying to use me like I am some kind of emotional punching bag. I haven't talked to her since the day she left and am trying to keep it that way. I feel empowered by not giving her any power over me but I also feel very angry toward her.

Writing her will do you no good. Delete and ignore. Write your response here instead. I will pretend to be her.
"Hey."

Responding will only feed into her game. The best way to move on is to let them see you living a happy productive life... .even if you have to fake it for a while.
Don't respond... .It only gives her your power. Ignore and delete.
I got a message two days ago after two months of NC. As much as I wanted to unleash a verbal lashing on her I will not give her my power. The best defense is silence. Silence will drive them crazy. Hang in there.

I know it must be so tempting to respond and just let her have it. BUT - remember what you're dealing with here- a sickness. Remember, we never win.
If you respond angrily she will likely turn it around and make it your fault, maybe start raging... .besides, you'll probably say some things you'll later regret. Even if you were to respond politely and think you're doing the right thing, she is getting exactly what she wants, which I'm guessing is to reel you back in and take back the power.
Stay strong! I know it's hard!
