Only during the past 2/3 weeks have I started to be able to even think about other women. For the entire time I was with my ex wife I wasn't even able to think of another woman/fantasize or dream of, that was so peculiar about our relationship she was the only woman who made me feel that way and I felt it for a long long time. But in the last few weeks I've started to have sleeping dreams and waking fantasies abou other women, I can be fulfilled   thinking of them and am starting to see couples and get short lived pangs of wanting a romantic partner.

This has come hand in hand with doing the codependency work, is this what healing feels like?

Yes, that sounds like hopeful healing. Smiling (click to insert in post) You might do some dream analysis... .Some believe that everyone in our dreams represents an aspect of ourselves. But the best person to analyze a dream is the dreamer themselves. I had similar dreams and realized that I had everything in me to be whole.

If you feel like you're healing, you're healing. It's a slow process but you're doint the work.
