So, uBPDh moved his stuff out this morning with police escort (the cop was pretty much confirming that he has some significant issues, but not loud enough for H to hear).

In an interesting twist I received insurance papers and car title in the mail for H this afternoon. I know he'll probably say I hid it from him to force him to come home (which I didn't, and he had the key to the house and full access to the house and mail up until he left his key today). I don't really want to contact him right away because he just left today and I feel like he needs some "time out" time before hearing from me. If I tell him he has mail he's going to think that I'm trying to pursue him (which I'm not) and make him come back. But if I hang on to it, that's both unethical and not kind to him.

Any thoughts on how I can/should handle this in the best way?

Personally, I'd just flat out ignore the papers and title. If he wants them, of course he'll know they got sent there, and he can contact you. HE chose to leave, and he's choosing to have this time out.

I think any contact from you will just be viewed negatively at this point. Hugs to you. It's hard.

Or I could give them to the Haitian pastor whom I've been trying to get him to talk with and he could call him and let him know he can pick them up! hahahahaha

So today so far I've gotten Facebook messages and text messages interchangably about some books he's expecting to receive via UPS. Didn't think things through very well, did he?

Anyway, I've given no response. But I will get the books from the package room at the Lofts. Just don't know what I should do with them. Should I let him know I'll leave them somewhere? Or give them to someone to give to him?

I don't want to give him an opportunity to use this against me... .If possible... .
