Most of you know on this board what I'm struggling with my fiancé. I had the conversation with him today about his divorce not being filed and he said he would talk to his lawyer on Monday and I said we would talk on Wednesday so that's where that's at.

In the meantime I have a lot of work to do, especially around resentment. I'm in a few 12 step programs and all of them deal with resentment. One of them says "resentment is the number one offender" another one talks about resentment and forgiveness.

Turkish said something on 9/23 on another subject about how when lying violates our core values it may elicit our resentment. That directly speaks to what I'm dealing with today. My fiancé still maintains that he is not lying about filing for divorce and I have learned how important this issue really is to me. To my dad its not a big deal to have a r/s with a married man and to me it is.

Have any of you successfully got over your resentments towards the pwBPD in your life? Furthermore I should add to further complicate matters my fiancé claims that he doesn't feel resentment so I definitely can't talk about this subject with him. I think he's in denial. I think everyone experiences resentment.
