I am out of control

I've been separated from my ex ptr with BPD, BP, NPD and schizophrenia and have been so abused I feel  am in shock and don't know how to move forward. I have posted some threads with good responses but feel I may need some help with structure. Do you think I should start again from the beginning and explain the whole relationship. I'm sorry but I am lost and I need help

I wonder if you get many varied answers to his will you remain lost, or be able to pick what resonates with you?

I can understand feeling overwhelmed and confused when trying to dig through this mess and understand things.  I have been here a while and still get quite confused and overwhelmed.  I am grateful that this is a safe place to be.

Sometimes I feel like I'm "missing" something as I did not grasp 100% of a lesson.  (Maybe not even half some times). I realize that many issues covered in the lessons, and even many threads, are the same issues repeating themselves in different scenarios.  As we learn, and the FOG clears, our ability to process improves.  I find that reviewing info later on helps me to gather new info from it.  I often go back to the areas I am currently feeling are relevant to my struggle.

Is there something that is particularly confusing you right now?

Can you expand on this "lost" feeling some?

But can you tell us a bit more of what you are going through? You seem to have gone through a lot, but what's confusing you most at this moment?
