Gut feelings.

Hello friends, do any of you ever get the feeling your ex is near you only to find out later they were? Like, sometimes when I'm in town I get this sinking feeling my ex was there! Then later I found out she was. This happens a lot with me. It feels like she is close. Like I'm shaken up. Does this make sense or am I completely nuts

No your not nuts. It's called your "gut" or 6 sense if you will. I myself have felt my ex. Not around me but her. Almost like what she is feeling . For example depressed etc. when I get into the deep ones of sadness I mysteriously then get fake Facebook Messagess. The last one was named "Gift Love" and their profile pic said "Heart Injured" with a red flat line in the background I'm sure it's her bc that is to much of a coincedence . I also feel that my ex might be plotting something. It's my gut. So listen to it ! Because if I would have listened to mine in the very beginning I would Not be here right now!

It's so weird because I get these feelings then they end up right.

My experience (with BPD mother and boyfriend) is that they are extremely good at telepathic or whatever contact. My mom always knew if I tried to make something secretly, my BF felt all my anxiety (or even things like me thinking "it's damn cold" and him bringing me his sweatshirt that very moment), and actually the whole relationship started with me waking up one day with a deep feeling that my distant FB friend needs me desperately right now. This is quite weird, but one has this kind of a special connection with them.

Yes I do.  It is the energy they give off which makes you know they are close by.  Some things just can't be explained by science.

Well it's messed up. The psychologist said these things can happen. I know I'm not just imagining things
