how bad does it have to get to get attention for kids BPD "traits"

UBPDX has had UBPDD13 alienated and lying to authorities a couple years ago.

false allegations that I abused her, and aligning with UBPD DAD again smearing me.

I will have child protection investigating ME.

their eyes will be  on the situation once more.

2 months ago DD asked if UBPDDAD is a psychopath, and I let her see the BPD BOOks.

she acts out much more than she did a couple years ago.

now stealing alcohol

smokes pot

extremely manipulative , lies lies,lies

throws self out of a moving car, in front of group of girlfriends.and blames me creating false set ups.

can articulate great detail about dads poor boundaries around his Porn addiction.

says UBPDDAD "treats me exactly like the psychopath did on tv show,all the same behaviors"

she has also asked "do you think I have it?"

Im not "allowed to speak with her counselor. It is crazy dysfunctional system, UBPDAD is public figure, manipulates everyone, and much of her care. although we share 50/50 custody.

but now, me being investigated for abuse could be the opportunity to get the social workers to get DD a mental health eval.

how do i do that.

how bad will she have to be to get someones attention that she needs counseling that she cannot refuse, as she has been told by her father she has the right to make all her own medical and counseling decisions .

does she have to actually cut herself or be extermely hurt before they will pay attention and believe me about how concerned and frightened for my daughter?

In your other topic you mentioned that your d13 is in therapy and that you don't have access to her counselors.  Maybe this is where you need to start?  Joint sessions or at least communication with the therapist to get some feedback on how to parent in the most affective ways may yield some positive results for you and your relationship with your d13.
