Need a consultant/expert

Hello  , my child has BPD.  They are 15 .  Does any one know of any BPD experts who consult with parents, coach parents, attend meetings, etc for an hourly fee?  This would be nationwide (USA) since it would all be virtual so it doesn't matter where they are based.  My kids also have FASD and in the FASD world this is quite common.  I know of several FASD consultants who make their living doing this.  Thanks so much.
