False child abuse accusations, lying, recruiting, blaming, etc

My wife is going through some stuff and it is very much affecting me and our children's lives. False child abuse accusations, lying, recruiting, blaming and targeting are some big stressors that we are dealing with. Is there any advice as to how we can avoid her projections and targeting?

I'm afraid I don't have much help for u but I just want to say that you're not alone. i go through this similar stuff too with my partner and I wonder if there is anything to do about it

One small thing that has kind of helped me is not trying to defend against these accusations (in fights with my partner) cause that just becomes a "anything u say will be used against you" type thing.

Man, it's scary though.
