Thank you for this.

My biggest takeaway was finding the list they mention of 17 Parental Alienation Tactics that have been recognized by courts (https://janetmccullar.com/blog/parental-alienation-checklist/).

I really wish I had access to this during my divorce and had fought harder for 50/50 custody.  

When I first read through the list, it blew my mind how many of those things uBPDxw has done or tried to do, while at the same time sending me random messages out of the blue telling me not to commit parental alienation against her (!)

I swear she googled that list and used it as a "how to..."

so far, without success, although I've been actively fighting and pushing back on UBPDxw's claims that I "abandoned" our D.
