Over after several years

I've had a on again off again relationship with someone that I think has either bpd or npd. She lacks empathy, blames others for her problems, no responsibility and is very entitled. She holds grudges for decades and I could never do enough. She's also a constsnt victim. There is no grey area to her only good and bad.  No glas half full everyone has to be perfect. I'm alone and..having difficulty adjusting.

You mention that she can hold a grudge for decades -- that sounds familiar. How long has your relationship (with the off/on times) lasted?

I hear that you're alone right now -- is that by your choice, her choice...?

And what would you like to happen now? Ending the relationship, healing, and moving forward? Something else?

Its been on and off for several years. I chose to end it because of her exploitive behavior.  I just want to heal and get on with my life.  The best i can.
