A Cold Downpour verses "FOG"

I found my "fog" more like a cold downpour of rain you know the kind you can't see beyound 2 feet in front of you,you haven't an umbrella or car to escape into . Your just plain lost,cold lonely and have no idea where you are going,where you have been or who to turn to.

Once out of the rain then you are frozen and wet down to the bone wondering why you were in that rain and feel stupid like you should have known better,watched the forecast,the clouds above yet you never knew what hit you and you seem to dwell on that feeling and alost feel like you need to be extra careful beyound normal . Then there is the rain of tears that don't stop like that rain and makes you feel stuck in another storm of a differnt kind .

You keep wanting these storms to stop and want that warm sunshine to smile and feel warm and safe again in life .
