Just want to thank everyone for their support... .
Some advice has been warm, come compassionate, Some blunt... . either way it has all been of some benefit to me and I think im starting to make some headway again.
I was going backwards again over the last few weeks always feeling alone and feeling worthless. Sometimes the most obvious solutions are the ones that are no so obvious when in front of your face but in the end i realise only I can snap myself out of this funk. I'm trying to put less focus on my exuBPDgf again and more on me. I guess what makes things easier is If i do slip and think about her I try and do it with compassion rather than focus on what she did to me. In the end that doesn't matter anymore that was 8 months ago. I also realise you can love someone and not be in their life... . Not talking about being in love but just the love wishing the very best for someone the selfless kind I guess. With that what she does and who she is with is not my concern anymore.
I realise focusing on an Ex is a big drain of energy and i've noticed when Ive been shifting that energy into focusing on other things I even forget her for just a little while. I do get anxiety still when I go past areas we used to have dates or If I travel past the area she works in ect but I really hope this passes soon as unfortunately this cannot be avoided but I will try and be kind to myself as I am doing all the right steps to heal. I'm still broken hearted and sad but I am looking at other ways now to find happiness... .
I hope I keep moving forward. Bless all of you I hope your travel is getting easier.

Great insight.
The anxiety will get better too!

Snap,
Dealing with the aftermath of these relationships is traumatic.
I know the anxiety you are feeling.
It's painful.
There is no timetable for how long it takes for you to heal.
Everyone heals at different rates.
Know that we are here.
We read your words.
