so i was planning on moving back to my home province in the fall, be closer to my family, other friends and such... .but now my boss gave me a new position of manager... .in training... .i dont know what i should do, or whats the better choice... .being a logical person, and more work driven then anything else in my life, i thinking i'll stay, maybe just for the winter, and move back come spring?... but i dont want to be here, i want to be home, hell i dont even like the job, and its not like its even good money. so thats my confused spot, do i take this opportunity and keep working my way up because it will look good on my resume in the long run? plus give me some experience? make it easier to get manager jobs in the future, hell i've stayed this long already... .ps, im 21... and i want to grow... and be able to show that i am capable.

This isn't a question that someone can answer for you. It looks like a question you'll have to find the answer to.

Also, don't be afriad to look for help, but help in the right places. To people who will listen, but not dictate what you should or shouldn't do.

Sounds exciting either way. But you should also be honest with yourself on what you want.
