Hey guys,

I would like to thank you all om here for your advice.

I spent so many yrs with my head so battered I had no idea what was going on.  To read that others get email newsletters they haven't signed up for, or horoscope messages. I havehad the emails that have been sent from an address that doesn't exist.

I used to get threats all the time in the  messages, and then whatever I was doing in my lofe at the time there would be problems... .the best one was I got offered a job and a start date. And I remember she had messaged me online to say something bad was going to happen on the friday. And guess what I got a phonecall to say that they had made a mistake offering me a job I hadn't got the job, 3 days before I was to start!

I am just gobsmacked at everyone's stories on here and the similiaties of the silent treatment, the threats, bombardment of emails, messages online.

I never thought I would be able to talk to anybody coz she kept making me feel like I was the one who is insane.

Im just grateful to find the help so I can try to give myself the normality as soon as I can.
