Sweet spot

I have run in to a very rough patch in my relationship with my SO as of now. She painted me completely black by blocking in all forms of social media, email and skype. This being a very long relationship (8 time zones apart), I cannot do much about getting in touch with her. I have gone completely NC for brief periods of 10 days or a week . I am yet to not text/email for a very long period of time ( like say 6 months at a stretch) . I wish I could do that sooner.
however, during this phase I was just wondering about amydala and the activities in amygadala for those affected with BPD. Have you guys ever noticed a particular spot in your SO's body where they find it very very very sensitive. This question might be very intimate but I was just wondering if it is a common phenomena observed for all who are affected by BPD or is it just an outlier. My SO was extremely sensitive on right shoulder. I couldnt even pat her or place my hand on the shoulder. That is the only reason why she does not wear long ear rings which touches the shoulder. It either stimulates a range of positive emotions or extremely negative ones.
This might be common in normal human beings too. But just wondering if there is connection between amygdala x BPD x sweet spot. Thoughts?
Mods: I am not sure if this post goes in this section, I assumed it would help in understanding our BPD SO's better.

My SO is his heels. He wants me to squeeze them... Then he says he feels better and will some times fall straight to sleep.

My uBPDw hates being touched in the sensitive bikini/panty line, front side, between the hip and the crotch.
Yes, everybody is sensitive there but she is off the charts. It's led to some unpleasant times.

No one can touch my partners face, not even a make up artist or doctor.
Yet she can mutilate it by picking at imaginary sore ("badness" and creating horrendous wounds at times

My wife has areas on the balls of her feet where a hard squeeze seems to release something; it often brings tears of ?I dunno?. It isn't sadness, and it isn't like tears of joy/laughter either.
There is also a spot above one collarbone on her neck. She has told me that it is so sensitive that it hurts sometimes, but has also found that it seems to open her up somehow. Curiously, I don't think she even admitted that it was there until after she was well along her way to healing from BPD.

Yes, my dBPD gf has a spot above the collar bone which is very sensitive too. Seems like there is some spot or the other in everyone's story.

I
have a spot It's on my lower back. If someone gently strokes it, it feels like I'm being burned with a hot iron or getting an electric shock. My dBPDbf doesn't have one.
