it's been over a month since I have had any contact with my ex, at that time I had told her I wanted to go forward with a divorce, as normal when she doesn't hear what she wants she get angry and the abuse starts, but that was that and the no contact has been working, I have blocked any options for her, but today my girlfriend received a friend request on facebook from one of my daughters, in asking my daughter if she had sent it she said no, this leads me to believe that her mother had got into her account and tried to friend my girlfriend, my girlfriend would like to friend all my daughters but know that would cause trouble for them from their mother, I do not want my girlfriend being harassed by my ex, any thoughts on what I could do to help her, without any need to contact her ( the no contact still and will always apply, thank you

You are farther along than me, and I know this is probably the hardest thing I have had to do in my life.

with the new year period almost over it's been great that there's been no attempted from my ex to contact me and thankfully she has not tried to contact my girlfriend again, but tomorrow is another day, and with it being my birthday, I'm hoping she will not try anything, still a long way to go but it is heading in the right direction, my ex normally does things in waves, leaves me alone, then tries contact, then the guilt and if that doesn't work the rage and anger, before back to push the guilt and how everything is my fault,I have a no contact policey and have blocked all ways she can try,  I'm feeling strong and confident and I know I'm ready for whatever she tries to do, I'm moving forward in my life, have boundaries, living with total honesty, and putting everything out there, I feel a lot more free and can hold my head high that I don't lie about anything anymore, happiness, freedom, my children's health & happiness, and to have a future with the girl of my dreams, the one I love so much is my goal and my reward,

Keep in mind, the gigantor beast that fb has now become, makes friend requests without your knowledge!, it somehoe links together people you know and friends of friends yadayadayada... but then again, it could be your rx being well - BPD

... anyhoo  your your gf could still accept the request  and block the ex?
