Soul is Revolting My First "interesting date" since NC 3 1/2 ago

I have been dating since about a month after the break up, I have not met anyone really interesting, until today, we are going out tonight. She is really intense and I may be dealing with a BPD, not sure, but it feels like it.
Here is the thing... I am overwhelmed with guilt about going out with someone I am interested in, like I am cheating on my exBPD some how. Then there is a part of me saying... . look at what you have done to us... you made us resort to this. This whole BPD experience is driving me ape crap... . I am tired of it. My head has moved on, my heart has moved on, but my soul is revolting... . I am growing tired of it.
I will keep you posted.

mh, being overwhelmed with guilt sounds very stressful.
What about her intensity? You are even supposing that she could have BPD traits. Could it be that your soul is revolting about this too?
