10 Months NC

Today is the 10 month mark of NC with my wife of 4 years (uBPDstbxw).

I am proud of myself for having the self respect and self control to not call her and try to win her back.

I loved this woman with all my heart.

I was attacked in my sleep and then thrown away as garbage and left to survive with nothing and no place and no one. She literally doesn't care if I am alive or dead. It's sad and sick.

God watched over me though. I give thanks to Him.

Cheers AwakenedOne for having the courage to hold the emotions. Well recovering from the toxic emotions actually.

I'm on the 9 month NC except a call from my uBPDexgf last month which I politely answered like I don't know her before; followed by a couple of raged phone calls from her little brother.

Thank god, Without this community and all the helpful members I don't think I'll be this much clear in my head and concentrate on my business. I still read the threads everyday and working on how to not be co-dependant.
