Eastern Medicine as a cure?

So, I posted this on another board, but am not sure people read those posts, so I'm looking for a little advice... .
Has anyone tried Chakra healing, meditation, or yoga as a form of healing or change for BPD or NPD? Does it make any significant difference? Would it help?

I did notice differences of my ex BPDgf when she was taking Yoga clases. The tantrums and tempers improved a lot when she was going for Yoga

I find that yoga and meditation and other mindfulness practice have a calming effect and help reduce anxiety. I highly recommend this. I also recommend this to the non-BPD because it helps them too. Hopefully a calmer person would start a virtuous cycle.

sirius... .the temper and tantrums improved a lot. I didn't know if you meant got worse or got better.
I now comprehend they reduced in frequency or severity. But therein lies the problem. It wasn't sustainable was it?. With mindfulness practice BPD behaviour is not really an option is it?.
You can't have both... .or can you?. Hmmm... .

JohnLove, what I mean is that, the anger was happening lesser and the intensity of the anguish is also lesser but it happens. It like they are in most of the time being normal with less anger or triggers. She seemed calm

I do believe mindfulness practice is very beneficial for ourselves I believe it is extremely useful and part of the way forward for anyone suffering from BPD.
