I'm sorry to hear about your falling out with your bf. You should have access with more posts. What advice can we offer in the meantime introuvable?

it's a bit of a pity that one has to be a prolific poster to access other people's writings on a public board... .

anyway, my story is similar to that of other people here. i was very much in love with my boyfriend -- an undiagnosed but obvious BPD sufferer. i had learned and mastered many ways to cope with (and even tame) his mood lability, double standards, rages, dishonesty, secrecy, scare tactics, emotional blackmail and controlling ways. then i found out that he had been pursuing a million of other women all along, and that was it for me.

i could handle all of it but only if i was the only one for him. he knew it.

anyway, i am not as sad or hurt as some other people here, but i am extremely anxious because i fear the potential fallout of his being "abandoned" by me (he is not letting go) and i am worried about him (he seems extremely dysregulated since i broke up with him).

in a nutshell, that's it.

Post

Let others help you untangle the thoughts swirling around in your mind.

2010s post's have really helped me depersonalise this whole BPD experience.

Its all about me and my personal growth now.

My BPD ex was merely a catalyst for changing me:)

Goodluck on your journey
