Help, have been on the undecided board but today my ex BPD did something so hurtful I knew the time had come. He's with his new woman and txt me a list of things for me to do for him so I took the opportunity of leaving all his stuff at his flat and tying up all the loose ends. I contacted his sister in law to say I was finished and please look after him. I gave her the same message I left in his flat "I'm done being used don't contact me again"

He rang from another no I answered realised who it was and just said "the dogs fine bye" he kept calling I didn't answer. Then a string of really abusive and threatening texts saying I'd abused him as a vulnerable adult by having a relationship with him - I feel really scared of what he might do next.

Any help support gratefully received. I stupidly thought he would paint me black and leave me be! It's hard enough dealing with my loss and the millions of contradictory feelings without this too

His fear of abandonment is triggered. He is projecting because he felt a perceived or real threat of being abandoned.

What scares you exactly? You know him best.

We'll thrthree weeks ago he smashed my car windows with a weight bar and since told.me i thought I was in it at the time. Then on weds he took my car keys off me and drink drove and really scared me. He was arrested and charged. I refused to make a statement to the police about him taking without permission. I'm scared he's going to kill himself or ruin my reputationand what people think of me. The way his brain is at the moment anything's possible. I just want him to leave me alone. Do u think once they knoe you have abandoned them they will just leave u alone?
