Emergency fire last night (100+ acres, evacuations)... and I didn't call him

I haven't slept yet, and still kind of trying to work through things.

My city had 100 acres of fire in a big section of our townd last night, biggest fire I've seen here ever (over a few decades). Was up giving a few friends rides, seeing which parts of town would be evacuated. They're still battling it. Fire and police cars were here from all surrounding counties.

I wanted to call him so bad (uBPDexbf). Actually I did attempt it, this morning, at dawn, feeling jittery and unsure if everyone was okay in my city.

His number is disconnected for non payment (he pays as he goes, and it's not paid right now). I was half thanking god for missing it, and maintaining NC.

I would have understood if I'd caved, although I'm glad to have gotten through the night.
