VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

So I have been a long time member to this site. bpdfamily has saved me in so many ways I couldn't even begin to tell you. And honestly that's all because of you all. I created another username for this post and this post only. I pray it doesn't get removed because this was a HUGE part of my recovery. Here it goes.

My self esteem was crushed. My BPDexgf made me feel absolutely terrible. She verbally and emotionally abused me every single day. She would make feel so inadequate I was afraid to do anything. The break up left me feeling even worse. I wasn't good enough. I felt pathetic and lonely and unlovable.

But through the help with this site and my friends and family I rebuilt myself. I worked with a therapist and I got my diet in order and started working out. See, I was only born with one arm. Naturally this left me with a slightly damaged self esteem.

Through the gym I was able to find strength that I never knew existed. Every time I thought of my ex I went to the gym. I took all my anger and frustrations out in the gym. I worked on myself from the ground up and completely rebuilt myself. And this is what I came up with. I truly hope you find this inspiring and motivating to help you stay strong and do what YOU need to do for YOU.

Because of all the pain and suffering I went through I became a better man. I'm no longer afraid to live. I'm ready to embrace life again.

Here is a video that I made www.youtu.be/40wR5_gussM

In no way am I fishing for followers! I just wanted to share with all of you that there is light at the end of the tunnel. You just have to keep moving forward to reach it.

Thanks for posting this I actually take the same route at times with the gym. I manage a club so kinda difficult to find an excuse to not work out but sometimes I get so down that I can't even find the strength to workout. This one definitely resonates with me on a personal level. You definitely gave me some strength for today I'm not skipping todays workout for sure. Smiling (click to insert in post)

Thats good to hear bro. I see you using hoist equipment too. How you like the hoist=weights and body weight combined together? Those are new at my club kinda weird getting used to those for me at first but I like them now. Also how many days are you at this per week?

I don't mine using machines. But I definitely like to use free weights as often as possible. Finding the gym truly was a blessing. I don't think I would have been able to stay as strong as I have without it. Replacing a negative focal point with such a positive one has done more for my life then I could ever imagine. The feedback I have received is honestly overwhelming. That was the first time I ever showed pictures of my arm for the public to see Smiling (click to insert in post)
