I too can relate... Its funny in her pics with him it almost seems like a feigned happiness though. Almost as if trying to recreate what came naturally in ours. The hardest time I've had is dealing with who the replacement is. He is 20 years older and has much more money but me and my ex used to pick on and make fun of girls who went with older homely guys and why they even try for younger girls. And then she turns right around and does it. Now with what's gone on I can only wonder of their is an attempt to recycle or am I officially done with this nightmare for good

She has not a damn thing to say about it. Its on you and you alone. You want to re-cycle? Do so and accept the consequences. You want to cut her out of your life and officially be done? Do so... .but its your choice and your choice alone.

hey deeno good luck with volleyball practice I know it will tough

I'm good. I think. I had to pick her son up at her house a couple days back. Funny thing is, no anxiety. I didn't see her, but she was in the garage and her and the kids saw me. No contact. Way cool. I realize that I'm not going to have to deal with her unless it's the whole parent group at once. I'm not as worried as I once was.

You're right and sometimes I wish we had and on/off switch but we don't. But we do have "our" way to disconnect. It processes the event the way is was designed to so the next time you fall in love you'll feel that experience too. Now after hearing that, would you still want a simple switch if you had to sacrifice the ability to genuinely fall in love with another human being? Not me.

Since the end of my relationship, and yes she has a replacement that is likely in my spot on the bed right now, I've managed to gain a whole new perspective on my life and how I intend to approach dating and relationships in the future. I truly needed that. She has charges to face and is desperately weak and painfully pathetic. I will grow and she will continue to feed a never ending cycle of catch, abuse and release/escape. Sooner or later her ever fading beauty will garnish a supply with decreased quality and increased impurities and she will likely end up alone or highly diseased. That's where I see it going and I got off of that bus.

Best wishes and don't fret. You deserve better and you will get it.
