I was so close to my freedom ... .but i fell in the spider web again... .i said to myself this is the last time i do this , i coundt make it this time ... .

We were together all day , i left my studies at my home just to stay at his place with him doing nothing or talking nothing interesting and know he misses me ... .no he just needs me i guess ... .I hate this neediness of him , its not cute anymore , its not attractive anymore ... .Hes a man , why he acts like a kid who need to be breastfed by his mom... .im so so frustated ... .

Why didnt i just get out from that gad damn door and say goodbye , but i fell for those tears once again ... .

 i'm sorry you are hurting so badly.        you really are in the "fog". i would encourage you to read more about it and learn from it. i would also encourage going nc maybe? you need to decide soon if this toxicity is what you want in your life. the decision is yours at this point... .good luck to you!

I became a caretaker to my ex partner with BPD traits and I have specific traits; I'm easy going and very caring of others and when you use these behaviros with a pwBPD, it can become toxic with extreme guilt, anxiety, over concerne, avoidance, low self esteem etc.
