We essentially parted ways for what I feel were the right reasons but... .The friends I shattered to the worst during the fallout and trusted the most…I just discovered left my exBPD/Psychopath husband a glowing review on his social media business page.
The hits just keep on coming.
What a GIANT knife in the back.

Hi hope. This is just part of the sick triangulation. Your ex badmouthed and probably told lies about you. Its sick, its sad I know exactly how you feel. But you know what, f**k them. You do not need "friends" like this.
We are here for you! Hang in there ♡

I learned after my divorce that my ex constantly told lies about me and was always berating me to others. If people had told me then, I would have left him much sooner! And from what I hear, he is still on a smear campaign against me 3+ years later, with no contact!
I am lucky to have survived a relationship with a BPD person.
